1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 USPS Postal day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Flat Rate: 2 to 3 Postal days as per USPS
Note: These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or customs delays.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses If you have any questions regarding these types of shipments, please contact our customer service team.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your package. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier’s system.
5. International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping or ordering. We will offer this once countries other than the USA offer legal import/export of our type of products. Additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply based on your country’s import regulations, which will be your responsibility to pay upon receipt of your order. Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages HopeWell Farm LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you believe your package is lost or damaged, please notify us so we can assist you further.
7. Shipping Restrictions Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other reasons. If your order contains an item that cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you by email and offer alternatives or a refund.
8. Address Changes Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped. If you notice an error in the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
